Kathy R. Anderson, MS
Kathy is the founder of Clear Solutions, LLC, originally established as KRD Solutions, LLC in September 2003. After gaining experience working with providers across a variety of specialties, Kathy recognized a significant need for knowledgeable, dependable administrative support in the behavioral health industry.
With an educational background in psychology and a Master of Science in Psychology, Kathy understands the unique challenges behavioral health professionals face when balancing quality client care with the demands of billing, credentialing, insurance requirements, and practice administration. She created Clear Solutions with one goal in mind: to make the business side of behavioral healthcare a little easier for providers.
Kathy is passionate about helping providers navigate processes for which they may receive little formal preparation, from managing insurance and billing concerns to credentialing and building efficient practice operations. By taking some of the administrative burden off providers, Clear Solutions allows them to spend more of their time and energy where it matters most: caring for their clients and growing their practices.
Throughout her career, Kathy has lived in several states, including Tennessee, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Nebraska, and Ohio. These experiences have given her the opportunity to work with and support individuals and professionals from diverse backgrounds and communities. She currently resides in Kentucky and continues to bring more than 20 years of experience to the providers and practices that Clear Solutions serves.
Billing & Account Support
Clear Solutions specializes in comprehensive billing and accounts receivable support, helping practices manage insurance claims and patient balances efficiently while maintaining a professional approach to revenue cycle management.
While Clear Solutions is not a collection agency, we can assist with follow-up and payment arrangements for eligible patient balances that are less than 120 days outstanding. For accounts requiring formal collection services, we can also assist practices with identifying appropriate third-party collection resources.
Our billing philosophy is simple: our success should be connected to yours. Rather than basing our billing fees on the amount charged, our billing plans are based on payments actually collected. This approach allows our interests to remain aligned with the financial health of the practices we serve.
